What type of license do you need for your food-based business?

Bakers - please contact the CT State Department of Consumer Protection for licensing information.

Follow this link to the baking license application. Fee is $10

Caterers and all specialty food producers will need a license from the Bridgeport Department of Health, Environmental Division

Please work directly with Kitchen Co-Op at this stage in order to facilitate processing of your license application.
