Hours, Rates and Getting Started

Kitchen Co-Op is open and available for rent as follows:

Monday through Friday: 1PM - Midnight

Sunday: 1PM - Midnight

Need access at other times of day or night? Just email us and we'll make every effort to make the kitchen available to fit your schedule.

Rates

Kitchen Co-Op rents for between $27 and $35 per hour depending upon the number of hours rented each month. Rental includes equipment and access to packing area.

If you would like to use Kitchen Co-Op for fee-based events such as cooking classes, presentations or other uses rental is $75 for the first hour and $50 for each consecutive hour.

Six square feet of dry storage is available for free with your rental. Please contact us at the email above if you need additional dry or cold storage and we will provide up to date rate information.

Getting Started

In order to rent space at the Kitchen Co-Op, you will need to:

provide proof of business liability insurance of at least $500,000 with Kitchen Co-Op listed as additional insured;
provide proof of current Qualified Food Operator's license (Serv-Safe Certificate) or Food Handler's certificate from the City of Bridgeport Health Department;
provide a refundable deposit of $200;
sign the Kitchen Co-Op users agreement
